Each year, Dalbar hosts an annual meeting for all participants in the Dalbar Service Quality Measurement Programs. The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Provide and elicit ideas, suggestions and proposals on how the programs can be enhanced to meet the ongoing needs of participants.
- Discuss and exchange ideas with peers in the industry and Dalbar experts. These exchanges often include the following:
- Understanding of the latest trends and industry innovations.
- Problem solving where participants have the opportunity to seek the advice and counsel of other attendees.
- A presentation from Dalbar on planned changes and enhancements to the programs.
- Open forums to discuss issues that face the industry, from a service perspective.
