Digital Reports & Research Products

  • Due to the immediate, irrevocable nature of digital access, digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

  • If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.


Services & Custom Engagements

  • Consulting, training, and custom research engagements are governed by the terms in the applicable statement of work or agreement.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to those contract terms.
